Tips & limitations
Include the meeting date, speaker names, and the exact wording of commitments. Keep proposals separate from agreed decisions. If notes say “next Friday,” include the meeting date so the deadline can be checked rather than guessed.
Compare each action with the original notes. Every owner and deadline should have support in the source. A discussion about doing something is not a commitment. Send the draft to attendees before treating it as the agreed record.
The prompt organizes supplied notes; it does not transcribe audio, attend meetings, assign work, or update a project tracker. Incomplete notes produce incomplete action lists. It cannot resolve disagreements that were not settled in the meeting.
