# Social Thumbnails
Make a static thumbnail whose subject and headline remain clear at feed size.

## Compose
- Preserve the supplied headline and claims. If the text is too long, offer a shorter version without inventing results, statistics, urgency, or endorsements.
- Use the requested dimensions and platform safe area. If no size is supplied, use 1280 by 720 and identify that as a general landscape canvas, not a verified platform requirement.
- Choose one focal subject, one strong headline, and no more than one supporting label. Leave breathing room around edges and keep important elements away from corners likely to be covered by platform controls.
- Place supplied assets deliberately; preserve aspect ratios. If an asset is missing, use a text-led composition or ask for it. Do not substitute an invented person, product screenshot, or logo.
- Keep contrast strong with a simple palette. Prefer two explicit headline lines over shrinking text until it becomes unreadable.
- Use available fonts and record fallbacks. Produce self-contained SVG using editable text and shapes. Escape supplied text in XML and exclude scripts and external URLs.

## Check
Render at full size and approximately 320 pixels wide when possible. Check headline spelling, contrast, text clipping, and whether the subject is still recognizable. If no renderer is available, say which visual checks remain. Do not claim a platform-specific crop was verified without checking its current requirements.

## Deliver
Write thumbnail.svg to a new task folder. Provide a rendered PNG only if an available tool actually exports it; many upload forms do not accept SVG. Mention font dependencies and any crop assumptions. Do not post to an account or replace existing artwork.
